Texo (Hummingbird in Amazon Yanomami language) is a cutting-edge Tandem, Tiltwing VTOL Aircraft. This concept is optimized for operationally complex missions where aircraft logistics are constrained, hovering is sometimes required, and payload distribution could affect the center of gravity, as in cargo hauling.
Hybrid-electric Powerplant: Powered by a hybrid-electric system where the combustion engine powers eight distributed electric engines and keeps backup batteries charged.
Distributed Propulsion: Multi-engine electric propulsion along the wings offers higher propulsion efficiency and gliding performance, with eight distributed smaller engines providing high thrust-to-weight ratio, safety in redundancy, and lower service costs.
Tandem Wings & CG Envelope: Tandem wings have a wide envelope within which the Center of Gravity can shift, enabling immense flexibility for cargo load and distribution. Four wings are smaller than two, reducing structural stress and allowing optimal payload layout.
Tilt-Wing Aerodynamics: In tilt-wing architectures, the slipstream from the rotors goes through the wing, applying higher lifting power. Transition from VTOL to level flight is smooth, eliminating the need for airstrips, catapults, or catching nets.

MILITARY
VARIANTS.
- Texo-e: A light, electric platform with almost silent propellers at 150m height for urban ISR. Includes an EO/LWIR gyro gimbal integrated with a laser rangefinder (LRF) for a range of <5km. Ensures an endurance of <5 hours and a flight range of 40km (60km datalink).
- Texo-50: Suited with a hybrid-electric powerplant, an EO/LWIR gyro gimbal integrated with an LRF (<8km range), and an IMSI catcher. Ensures an endurance of <8 hours with a datalink safe range of 40km (capable of 60km).
- Texo 150: Heavy tactical variant with hybrid-electric powerplant, underbelly ballistic protection for avionics, customized EO/LWIR gimbal, and a swappable payload container for mid-range cargo logistics with 4–6 hours endurance.
