OPEN AIRCRAFT
FRAMEWORKS
Our aeronautics solutions are structured on a wide portfolio of airframe
platforms, known as Open Aircraft Frameworks (OAF), upon which we integrate avionics,
systems, and payload packages to address the specifications put forward by our most demanding
customers.
Our 2025 OAF line is based on three major airframes: Yaró, Köpari, and Texo. All are
built with integration flexibility in mind, are highly configurable, and can operate across a wide range of
mission scenarios.
By working closely with customers early in the requirements process, we
integrate targeted, cost-effective solutions. OAF platforms are designed for easy integration with
alternative avionics, autopilots, and payloads; more than 20 validated airframe designs are also available
for tailored requirements.

DESIGN &
MANUFACTURING
Aerofoundry is an Aeronautics Design House. We specialize in aircraft
design and manufacturing, from concept to flight. Our advanced platforms are developed through a
multidisciplinary method to deliver aerodynamic and structural efficiency within defined
constraints.
Our advanced platforms are developed through a multidisciplinary method to deliver
aerodynamic and structural efficiency within defined constraints — including performance, fuel efficiency,
payload integration, flexible operation, and cost-efficient maintenance.
Our Engineering
Department can integrate a selected payload, support customer integration work through testing and
validation, or supply established off-the-shelf implementations for frequent mission applications.

MAINTENANCE
& SERVICES
Since we started working with unmanned aircraft in 2008, we have
structured predictable and reliable procedures for maintaining our own aircraft and those of our customers.
This keeps service work timely as fleets move through more intense mission cycles.
Unmanned
aircraft often fly more intense mission cycles and remain airborne for longer periods. Dependable
maintenance infrastructure is essential to maximize that persistence.
Our Engineering and
Maintenance Department supports maintenance, upgrades and adaptations, electro-mechanical and systems
overhauls, repairs, airframe component replacement, and tailored outsourcing of operations and fleet
management.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
& TRAINING
Our structured training courses span basic through advanced aircraft and
payload operation, maintenance mechanics, spare-parts inventory management, and logistics technician roles.
The same operational discipline is carried from classroom preparation into field
support.
Experienced retired military unmanned-aircraft operators can support customer teams by
operating aircraft directly or delivering on-site supervision to client operators.
Operations
management brings aircraft, personnel, maintenance, and logistics systems together into a repeatable and
dependable mission capability.

DATA ANALYSIS &
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
When data is produced in volume, quality control is paramount — from
flight parameters and atmospheric and light conditions to metadata tagging, data processing, and
distribution. Our team builds processing paths around the sensors and operational objectives in
use.
Our experts can tailor a processing pipeline for your sensors, desired processing levels,
and operational objectives to streamline the flow from collection to use.
The objective is
reliable distribution of processed data, including situations where it is required within minutes.
Specialists in LiDAR, photogrammetry, and multi- and hyperspectral image processing also support civilian
surveying operations.
